YNW Melly, born Jamell Maurice Demons, is an American rapper and singer from Florida. He gained popularity in 2018 with his hit singles "Murder on My Mind" and "Mixed Personalities" featuring Kanye West.
As of my last update in September 2021, YNW Melly's release date remains unknown. Melly has been in jail since February 2019 on double murder charges related to the deaths of two of his friends. Despite this, he has continued to release music from prison, with his most recent album, "Melly vs. Melvin," dropping in 2019.
As the legal proceedings in his case continue, it is unclear when or if YNW Melly will be released from jail. Due to the circumstances surrounding his incarceration, there has been no confirmed release date for the artist.
